The proprietor and chef of the OG Tempura Truck, Jae Cho, has been a professional chef for 15 years. Chef Jae, with 15 years of professional experience has held positions teaching as an instructor at the country’s largest culinary art school here in Southern California, as well as teaching at one of the more prestigious culinary schools in Vermont. He has also worked in many notable positions from four-star hotels to executive pastry chef at a Michelin Star restaurant in NYC  to owning his own bakery and café here in Southern California. He has also worked behind the scenes on a prime time cooking Reality show on Fox.  He has lived all around the country and infused different ethnic foods into this exciting food truck called OG Tempura.
